Delivery methods at LePro

At LePro, we offer several delivery options to meet your needs:

1. Local delivery in Montreal and surrounding areas

Delivery by our drivers: All orders placed before 3 p.m. are delivered the same day. We group the day's orders and deliver them along a suitable route. Therefore, it's difficult to give a precise time, but you can expect delivery in the afternoon. The driver will call you before arriving.

Express or Personalized Delivery: If you need fast delivery or delivery at a specific time, choose our instant or personalized delivery service. You can select your time slot, and a third-party delivery service will handle your order. This service is available within a 25 km radius of our store located at 1600 Villeray Street, Montreal.

2. Delivery beyond 25 km (rest of Canada)

We ship groceries, beverages, and fruit that won't spoil during transit throughout Canada via the postal service. Please note that products like meat cannot be shipped this way.

Processing times: Orders shipped by mail can take several days to be processed and shipped. To ensure maximum freshness of your products, we sometimes wait for the freshest deliveries before shipping your order.

Important for orders containing fruit: Orders placed after Wednesday containing fresh fruit are generally held and shipped the following Monday. This prevents your products from being held at Canada Post over the weekend and losing their freshness.

3. Delivery to the United States

We also offer shipping to the United States via the postal service for groceries and beverages only. Due to customs restrictions, we do not ship fruit to the United States. Perishable goods such as meat also cannot be shipped via this service.

Processing times: Orders may take several days to be processed and shipped.
